Most normal secret password in India hackers love to break


Although cyber attacks have become routine around the world, one in five people cannot protect themselves against the risk. Things are worse in India, where Internet users are more inept with online security passwords, and "12345" is the most widely used worldwide.

But things are different in India. Although most websites suggest the combination of alphabets, numbers and special characters, nearly 1.7 million people in the country continue to use "Password" as the most preferred password for their banking sites and social media accounts.



A new report by Nordpass shows that more than 62 percent of commonly used passwords can be backed up in less than a second. However, despite their social media accounts being hacked at least once, users are becoming increasingly inept at online security.
